Return and Refund Policy

Dogs

We are unable to accept dogs at Lynbreck on any of our tours or courses, or onsite visits otherwise arranged.

Croft Public Tours, Private Tours and Courses

We reserve the right to refuse tour and course bookings.

Vouchers

Vouchers can only be offset against that which is specified on the voucher.

Merchandise

Merchandise will be sent within 7 days of ordering via 2nd class post. 

Produce Sales

Please note we do NOT offer a postal service. 

We offer free delivery between Cromdale and Aviemore with a minimum order value of £20.  Any orders outwith the delivery order or below the minimum free delivery order must be collected within seven days of purchase. 

Any orders not collected within that time frame will be put back out for sale and subject to our refund and return policy.

All produce is frozen.

Compost

All purchase transactions must be made via our website, and only items paid for in advance may be collected.

We do not offer a postal service for this compost.

We accept no responsibility for the quality of the compost.  Any complaints should be made to the compost manufacturer directly.

Financial

VAT, at the current rate, is included within the price of your booking. The booking confirmation is not a valid VAT receipt.

Liability

Please note we do not accept any liability for loss or injury or death howsoever caused. Whilst we endeavour to keep our website up to date, we cannot be held liable for errors and omission.

We do not accept any liability for the use of our shared information via our website and social media pages. We do not accept any liability for the loss, damage or theft of any personal items. We do not accept liability for the policies of other websites as linked to from this website.

We can change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior warning.
