Our cattle are not fed any grains or feed supplements as we believe in allowing them to grow at their own natural rate and to eat what nature can provide them with. This gives the meat added flavour, depth and succulence. We don’t routinely administer antibiotics or preventative medicinal treatments to our animals.

100% pasture and tree leaf fed Highland beef has high vitamin and mineral levels as well as high levels of Omega 3. We work under the guidance of a local butcher and prepare all of the beef ourselves in our on-site butchery.
