Refund policy

Croft Public Tours

We reserve the right to cancel croft tours at any point with a full refund.

If you cancel with a minimum of 30days notice of the date of the croft tour you have booked on to, we will provide you with a full refund minus the 2%-3.1% (depending on card used) +25p booking fee.

If you cancel with less than 30days notice of the date of the croft tour you have booked on to, we are unable to provide you with a refund.

We are not able to change tour bookings to alternative dates.

We reserve the right to refuse tour bookings.

Private Tours

Upon purchase of the voucher, private tour dates and times must be agreed in advance of at least 14 days with Lynbreck Croft and confirmed via email. If bookings are made with less that 14days notice, without any prior contact with us, the date and time will be subject to our availbility.

If you cancel with less than 30days notice of the agreed date of your tour, we are unable to provide you with a refund.

Any requests to change/amend times will be at our discretion, subject to our availability. If we are unable to change the date/time, the above cancellation policy will apply.

All private tour bookings must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase.

Vouchers

Vouchers can only be offset against that which is specified on the voucher.

We are unable to provide any refunds on vouchers.

All vouchers must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase.

Merchandise

Merchandise will be sent within 7 days of ordering via 2nd class post.  Items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Produce Sales

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food.

For online purchases, any collection orders not collected within 7 days from purchase will be put back out for sale and refunds (full amount minus the 2%-3.1% (depending on card used) +25p booking fee) provided only when the produce has been resold.  

Compost

All purchase transactions must be made via our website, and only items paid for in advance may be collected.

Items purchased and already collected are non-refundable.  Items bought but not yet collected can receive a full refund minus the 2%-3.1% (depending on card used) +25p booking fee within 7 days of purchase.

We do not offer a postal service for this compost.

We accept no responsibility for the quality of the compost.  Any complaints should be made to the compost manufacturer directly.

How to Farm 4.5 day course

We reserve the right to cancel courses at any point before the start with a full refund.

If you cancel with a minimum of 60 days notice from the start of the course booked, we will issue a full refund minus the 2%-3.1% (depending on card used) +25p booking fee.

If you cancel with less than 60 days notice from the start of the course booked, we will only issue you with a full refund minus the 2%-3.1% (depending on card used) +25p booking fee if the place is purchased by someone else at your arrangement. In the event of your cancelling with less than 60 days notice, we take no responsibility for filling the vacant position.

How to Farm 1 day course

We reserve the right to give a minimum of 24 hours notice from the start of the course booked, of cancellation for courses with a full refund.

If you cancel with a minimum of 45 days notice from the start of the course booked, we will issue a full refund minus the 2%-3.1% (depending on card used) +25p booking fee.

If you cancel with less than 45 days notice from the start of the course booked, we will only issue you with a full refund minus the 2%-3.1% (depending on card used) +25p booking fee if the place is purchased by someone else at your arrangement. In the event of your cancelling with less than 45 days notice, we take no responsibility for filling the vacant position.

How to Grow 1/2 day course
